Our Mission:
Through financial aid and mentorship, A. Bright Future, Inc. is dedicated to supporting Black and Latino boys in navigating the world of junior tennis and beyond.
Our Target Population: A Bright Future, Inc. identifies Black and Latino boys between the ages of 6 and 10 from the inner-city who have the potential to compete on the USTA junior tennis circuit; and for whom sponsorship and mentorship could make the difference between a young man’s staying on a positive path led by competitive tennis, and avoiding negative influences that low income, urban life all too often has to offer Black an Brown boys.
Our Goals:
Supplement the cost of competitive tennis for families in financial need
Build the confidence that ABF boys need to succeed in tennis and in life.
Address the isolation that boys of color often feel as they achieve higher levels of competitive tennis.
